Time in nature has always been my medicine. It is where I return to listen, to soften, and to remember what it means to be fully alive in my body.
My relationship with yoga began in early childhood, but it was at nineteen that I truly surrendered to the path. With an all-in devotion, I spent my formative years living and training in ashrams across Australia and India, immersed in yoga as a spiritual practice and way of life. In these sacred, stripped-back environments, yoga was not something I did—it was something I lived. I absorbed its wisdom through daily ritual, service, discipline, devotion, and deep inner listening.
These ancient teachings have carried me through profound challenge, transformation, and growth, and they continue to nourish me daily. They inform everything I offer—supporting others to move beyond technique or performance, into a more intimate, enlivened and connected relationship with themselves.
Over the past decade, my work has evolved into a deeply embodied, fluid and earth-connected practice, inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea and Prana Flow Yoga. This fluid, rhythmic, and intuitive lineage weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, breath, and natural cycles, inviting movement as prayer and practice as a living conversation with the body and the land. It has given me language and permission to fully integrate all that I love—flow, somatics, ritual, creativity, and nature—into my teaching.
My devotion to holistic wellbeing continues to evolve and is currently expanding through ongoing studies in Integrative Sex Coach and Sex Education—a gentle, trauma-informed, and embodied approach grounded in somatic awareness and contemporary medical science. This work supports women to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate safety and trust within themselves, and rediscover a sense of aliveness, wholeness, and agency. Alongside my Diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consulting and Practitioner Diploma in Wayapa Wuurrk, these threads inform my offerings with care, integrity, and deep respect for the body, the nervous system, and our relationship to the natural world.
Motherhood has been one of my most powerful initiations—calling me into presence, humility, resilience, and embodied wisdom. Through this journey, alongside decades of practice and teaching, I continue to deepen into my own power as a yogini, woman, and guide.
My classes, workshops, Retreats and sessions are an invitation—to slow down, to feel, to move with intelligence, grace and intuition, and to reconnect to your innate vitality. I hold trauma-informed spaces that are all-inclusive, nurturing, spacious, grounded and expansive, allowing each person to meet and embrace themselves exactly as they are.
