Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Natalie and just like life, my yoga practice is always growing and evolving. Yoga has enriched my life invaluably over the past 27 years, and empowered me to live the life of my dreams, whilst tending the needs of my family. No easy feat!
Through my own personal journey, intensive studies & training, I have gained an in-depth understanding of how yoga, meditation, and living in harmony with your surroundings, can radically transform your life, from one of stress and struggle, to one of peace and bliss!
It is a blessing to walk this path, and I look forward to sharing these joys with you, both on and off the mat.

Nourish your body mind and spirit
Ayurveda is the science of life. ‘Ayur’ means Life and Veda means ‘science,’ in Sanskrit. It is the world’s oldest holistic healing modality and is a natural way of maintaining inner and outer balance, for a long, happy and healthy life. Massage treatments are an integral part of an ayurvedic approach to health and wellbeing and are used as a preventative medicine. Ayurvedic massages are designed to aid in the removal of accumulated toxins (ama) from the body, balance the doshas (your individual constitution) and improve the flow of prana (life force) within you. They are very therapeutic and deeply rejuvenating, making them an essential part of any holistic wellbeing regime.
