Our journey with yoga begins with the body. The moment we start to experience ourselves as separate from the world around us, and separate from the flow of consciousness that initiated life within our cells, we become disconnected and misaligned from our true purpose and potential. To unify we must fully embody the flow of life that pulses within and all throughout the natural world.
Vinyasa can be defined as a wave or cycle possessing a continual stream of consciousness, from beginning, to middle and end.

To practice vinyasa yoga is therefore a relearning of this natural state or ability, to easefully ride the ebb and flow of life’s many currents that pulse through our bodies and within our cells (microcosm), to the cycles that govern the universe (macrocosm).

Even the simplest action, the continuous cycle of our breath, is a vinyasa, a wave current.
When we can flow with these currents, not against them, we learn how to harness the ability to live in the here and now, fully present, aware, alive and enlivened.

Be gently and skilfully guided through the intelligent sequencing of yoga asana, mudra, meditation, pranayama and relaxation practices, with (optional) hands-on assists where applicable.
